Plant maintenance
Maintenance includes all measures for determining and assessing the actual condition up to the preservation and restoration of the target condition. Such measures are:
- Inspection: Our experienced specialists perform planned or unplanned, ongoing or random monitoring of your facility to identify potential operational issues as early as possible.
- Maintenance/overhaul: Just like inspections, maintenance and overhauls are also part of preventive maintenance. In addition to monitoring, your plant will be extensively maintained by us. This includes cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, refilling of operating fluids and catalysts, and similar measures to reduce or prevent wear.
- Repair: Defects or damage which is/are either detected during preventive maintenance or even occur suddenly and (may) affect the use of the equipment, will be rectified by us in the repair. As a rule, the repair or replacement of assemblies and/or individual system parts is sufficient.
Training of operating personnel
The skills of the operating personnel and their understanding of the process, the knowledge of the equipment and the control system, are among the most important success factors for the operator of a process engineering plant. That is why, in addition to the obligatory training of operating personnel during commissioning, we increasingly offer practically oriented basic and advanced training by our experienced experts in the course of new hires or further development programs. On-site training (“training on the job”) in particular has proven to be an effective form of knowledge transfer, as it allows knowledge of work processes to be acquired in a practical manner and easily comprehended. Of course, we tailor the training program to the individual needs and wishes of the customer and at the same time impart the necessary knowledge to operate the plant safely, economically and in an ecologically sustainable manner in any situation.
Operation
Short-term staff absences or bottlenecks in plant operation can not only lead to adverse effects on working conditions, but also significantly jeopardize the safe operation of the entire plant.
